CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations: Must be made 48 hours in advance. If canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a new deposit will be required to rebook. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, and payment will be made using the card on file. Late Arrivals: 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, your appointment is canceled. If up to 15 mins late, a $20 late fee applies. Arriving late affects my time with you and may impact my next client. Please let me know if you’re running behind! Feel free to show up 10 mins early. No-Shows: will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, and must be paid before rebooking. Payment will be processed using the card on file.
